FREE Family Fun!
The Sixth Annual Celebrating Families - A
Back to School Fair brought together families from around Sioux Falls for a day
of fun, information and lunch - all for free!
Every year, this free fair includes lots of
activities and games for the kids - from face painting to the Sioux Falls Fire
and Rescue Department's 'smoke house' to bean tosses to multicultural games. There are numerous
booths with information all parents need before classes start, free student
health, vision and hearing screenings, and safety tips. And everyone is
invited to dig in to the free lunch, provided by local businesses and served up
by volunteers.
The Back to School Fair is
co-sponsored by the Parent Communication Network and the Parent-Teacher
Association. Make plans now to join us for the seventh year on August 2.
We'll have more information here as the date draws closer.
